I Trained Like "Chris Heria" For 30 Days

For the last 30 days I trained like Chris Heria. Chris has hundreds of videos on youtube sharing the workout routines he follows to get fit. I wanted to see if I worked out like him, would I get similar body results as him? A long with the workout routines I also changed my diet and started eating high protein and eliminated all processed junk food. The workout routines that Chris made are not easy to complete to say the least. But I made it through the 30 days and I hope you guys find value in this video, or entertainment at the very least.

  • I swear the worst thing about putting on weight, especially loads of fat, is all the work you have to do just to lose it, then all the work you have to do to start getting defined muscle once most the fat is gone. I miss being skinny, barely working out and having defined abs and stuff with minimal effort. Also how easy it is to do pullups/pushups when you're light.

  • I have finished November and December intense Chris Heria workouts and running. I ran 5 miles every other day and day a routine in the morning. Always drank water and stayed to my diet. Slept right on time. By summer I am expecting to be nearing an 8 pack. Great workouts, Push forward
