For the last 30 days I trained like Chris Heria. Chris has hundreds of videos on youtube sharing the workout routines he follows to get fit. I wanted to see if I worked out like him, would I get similar body results as him? A long with the workout routines I also changed my diet and started eating high protein and eliminated all processed junk food. The workout routines that Chris made are not easy to complete to say the least. But I made it through the 30 days and I hope you guys find value in this video, or entertainment at the very least.

I trained like Chris Heria and now I have tattoo all over my body JK, I love your video and Chris' workout videos. But in my opinion, I guess it is better to push yourself not too far. Just push yourself gradually from small reps to even bigger reps. That means, you do you my friend!

i tried doing 21 days home workout years ago and it put some 20 decline push-ups as final workout along with 20 burpees, that killed me

I swear the worst thing about putting on weight, especially loads of fat, is all the work you have to do just to lose it, then all the work you have to do to start getting defined muscle once most the fat is gone. I miss being skinny, barely working out and having defined abs and stuff with minimal effort. Also how easy it is to do pullups/pushups when you're light.
When you workout when you’re fat you are still building your muscle under the fat,that’s why sumo wrestlers are such good athletes

HAPPY NEW YEAR BRANDON!!! my ex girlfriend cheated on me 4 months ago... I was bored as hell and felt soo bad about myself, but this corona time helps me to work on myself. Brandon motivated me to work hard, his videos are blessed with many tips and tricks and helped me to eat clean. I took diet from website called Dietarize and they provided me meal and workout plan. I lost 27lbs in 4 months!!!

that 5lbs weight gain isnt all muscle, you cant gain muscle that fast, the best you can hope to do is .25-.5lbs a week natural, the before and afters are also miss leading, especially the legs. all that said this video could encourage people to start working out so not all bad

I have finished November and December intense Chris Heria workouts and running. I ran 5 miles every other day and day a routine in the morning. Always drank water and stayed to my diet. Slept right on time. By summer I am expecting to be nearing an 8 pack. Great workouts, Push forward
