Rubbish! Nothing like the first one! This mawkish, cringe-worthy piece of wishful fantasy- turd should never have been made. Plays like a 'make-work' vehicle for Black Hollywood! Eddie Murphy and all of Black Hollywood don't have to all be in the same movie the same damn time! The story was utter nonsense, even of a fantasy the plot must be internally consistent. It played as if just putting the Stars onscreen would make a good story. Went on like a bad music video that just wouldn't end! Jesus Christ!

Def was a good watch lots of laughs. Highly recommend it

Am so excited to see my Ethiopian costume in this movie. Cant wait to see what is in it too. It all reminds me of my young age memory. LOVED part one and looks like part 2 is gonna be much funnier.

What the hell did akeem do ? Take everyone he met in new York to zemunda ? I'm waiting for Cuba gooding jnr to pop up with his own barber shop after being an extra in the first films shop

At the end the daughter betrays and wants the crown or some other prominent character that has less of a role and the son he gets goes all gay and heartfelt and says a bunch of family bullshit and either gives the crown to the daughter or the daughter saves the son from the other guy who tries to take over cause she is so well trained and there all a happy family in the end
